The Tree of Gold

I went to go take sunset photos well before the golden hour as the light looked stunning outside with all the storm clouds and rain. I was taking photos of this tree when all of the sudden the most vibrant rainbow was literally right in front of me. The rain stopped for a bit and walked until the rainbow aligned right with the tree. I was shooting with the wide angle lens for this shot, but had I been shooting with a telephoto lens, there was an even more amazing shot that could have been had. The rainbow was touching down right in front of the tree on the hill and a hawk flew right into the rainbow. But I'm happy just to have captured this scene.
